About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Business Studies Marketing and Sales professional to join our Secondary Department. In this permanent position, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students, helping them to understand key marketing and sales principles and practices. You'll be responsible for designing engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction, and assessing student performance to ensure they gain the necessary skills for success in the business world. As a part of our team, you will collaborate with fellow educators to develop a curriculum that is not only relevant but also inspiring. Your contributions will empower students to explore their interests in marketing and sales, encouraging them to think critically and apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios. This role requires you to be on-site at our Potters Bar location, where you will engage daily with students and staff alike.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Education or a related field
• Proven experience in teaching or training in marketing and sales concepts
• Strong understanding of current marketing trends and sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
