About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Skills Facilitator to join our Digital Skills department on a contract basis in Cambridge. This role is essential for delivering high-quality Functional IT training to a diverse group of learners. As a facilitator, you will create engaging learning experiences that empower individuals to develop their digital skills and enhance their employability in today's technology-driven world. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and delivering tailored training sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful skill acquisition. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, while also adapting to the needs of various learners in a flexible on-site environment.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in delivering Functional Skills IT training
• Strong understanding of digital skill development and assessment
