We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our Primary Nursery team in Wellingborough. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will facilitate engaging activities, support children's learning and development, and ensure their safety and well-being during daily operations.
As a temporary member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly within a supportive environment while making a significant impact on young learners. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about early childhood education and possess a strong desire to foster a love for learning among children in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 settings.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting
Knowledge of EYFS framework and best practices in early years education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide a safe and engaging learning environment
Flexibility to work on a daily supply and short-term contract basis
