ESOL Life Long Learning Instructor - Dunstable

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated ESOL Life Long Learning Instructor for our Dunstable location to provide high-quality education and support to adult learners. In this role, you will create engaging lesson plans and deliver tailored ESOL instruction that empowers students to enhance their language skills and pursue lifelong learning goals. You will work collaboratively with other educators and stakeholders to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. As an integral part of the ESOL Education Department, you will also be responsible for assessing student progress and adapting your teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs. Requirements

• Master's Degree in Education, ESOL, or a related field
• Experience in teaching ESOL or similar adult education programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Flexibility and adaptability in teaching methods
• Understanding of lifelong learning principles
