We are seeking a dedicated Exam Invigilator to join our Secondary department on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that examinations are conducted in a fair and orderly manner, providing a supportive environment for students to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include setting up exam rooms, monitoring students during the tests, and adhering to all examination regulations and protocols.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as an exam invigilator or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a testing environment
Flexibility to work on a temporary or short-term basis, as needed
