About the role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Functional Skills IT Educator to join our team in Ely. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and engaging lessons that empower learners to develop their IT skills. You will work closely with students to assess their needs and tailor your teaching methods accordingly, ensuring that all learners feel supported and motivated to succeed. This is a long-term, permanent position with opportunities for daily supply work as well. As an Associate level educator, you will contribute to a collaborative and inclusive learning environment, helping students of all backgrounds enhance their functional IT skills to succeed in their personal and professional lives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, IT, or a related field
• Experience in teaching functional skills, particularly in IT
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
