We are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 Curriculum Co-ordinator to join our Primary Education team in Maidstone. This role is ideal for enthusiastic educators who are passionate about shaping the learning experience for young children in Key Stage 1. As a temporary, daily supply position, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing an engaging curriculum tailored to meet the needs of all students.
You will collaborate with teaching staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning are maintained, provide support and guidance, and drive continuous improvement across the Key Stage 1 curriculum. Your expertise in early years education will be invaluable, as you work with various primary institutions to deliver cover and support as needed.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Education or related field
Proven experience as a Key Stage 1 Co-ordinator or in a similar educational role
Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum, particularly KS1 and EYFS
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to various teaching environments and methodologies
Experience in temporary or supply teaching roles is preferred
Flexibility to work on a daily supply basis
