We are seeking a dedicated Lead EYFS Practitioner to join our Primary Education team in Maidstone on a daily supply basis. As a key player in our educational environment, you will lead and inspire young learners in the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring that they receive a high-quality education that nurtures their development and creativity. This role requires flexibility and a passion for fostering a positive learning atmosphere in a dynamic classroom setting.
In this position, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating engaging learning experiences for children within the EYFS framework. You will work collaboratively with other educators and support staff to create a safe and stimulating environment, while also maintaining effective communication with parents and guardians to promote their children's progress and well-being.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
Proven experience in an EYFS Lead role or similar
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varying classroom environments
Commitment to fostering inclusive and engaging learning experiences
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
