About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 2 Nursery Nurse to join our Early Years Education team in Cambridge. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering a love for learning. You will work closely with experienced staff to create an engaging and nurturing environment that supports each child's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. As a Level 2 Nursery Nurse, your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, observing and assessing children's progress, and collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs. Requirements

• CACHE Level 2 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the children and the nursery environment
