About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Maidstone Primary Early Years Lead Educator to join our dynamic team on a daily supply basis. As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of young learners in the EYFS framework. You will collaborate with fellow educators to create a stimulating and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning. Your expertise will help guide and support both students and teaching assistants, ensuring a high standard of educational delivery across all primary key stages, particularly KS1 and KS2. In this temporary position, you will have the flexibility to adapt your teaching style to meet the diverse needs of our learners. You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering strong relationships with parents and guardians. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
• Experience in a primary education setting, particularly within EYFS
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices
