About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Curriculum Coordinator to join our team in Maidstone on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the primary curriculum across Key Stages 1 and 2, ensuring that it meets the diverse needs of all students. You will collaborate with teaching staff to create engaging lesson plans and coordinate resources to enhance the educational experience for our learners. As a Primary Curriculum Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the continuous improvement of teaching practices and curriculum delivery. Your expertise will help foster a positive learning environment where every child can thrive, particularly in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Requirements

• Master's Degree in Education or a related field
• Experience working within a primary educational setting
• Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and school staff
• Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom environments
• Previous experience in curriculum development or coordination is desirable
