We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Early Years Foundation Stage Coordinator to join our team in Maidstone. This contract position offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and inspire young learners in their formative years. As the EYFS Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and assessment of the EYFS curriculum, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 3 to 5.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with teaching staff and parents, fostering strong relationships to support children's development. Your expertise will guide the educational strategies and initiatives within the Early Years framework, paving the way for a successful transition into Key Stage 1 (KS1).
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
Experience in an early years setting, preferably as a Primary EYFS Lead
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and pedagogy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment
Passion for fostering children's development and learning
