We are seeking a passionate Primary Forest School Educator to join our team in Maidstone on a daily supply basis. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about outdoor learning and fostering a love for nature in young children. You will be responsible for leading outdoor educational sessions for students in EYFS, KS1, and KS2, creating a nurturing environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Your expertise will enable students to engage with nature, develop essential skills, and thrive in their learning journey.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
Experience working with primary age children in an educational setting
Strong understanding of the Forest School philosophy and outdoor learning
Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to inclusivity and diversity in education
Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching in a temporary role
