About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Key Stage 1 Lead to join our team in Maidstone on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the educational experience for Key Stage 1 students, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment that fosters their development. Requirements

• Master's Degree in Education or a related field
• Proven experience in a Primary education setting, particularly in Key Stage 1
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and early childhood development principles
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
