About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCo (Special Educational Needs Leader) to join our team in Dunstable on a temporary contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the provision of special educational needs within our institution, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive. Your expertise will be critical in developing tailored educational strategies and fostering an inclusive learning environment for all students. As the SENCo, you will collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to implement effective interventions and monitor progress. This role requires a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs. Requirements

• Master's Degree in Special Educational Needs or a related field
• Proven experience as a SENCo or similar role
• Strong knowledge of special educational needs legislation and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Commitment to inclusive education and student well-being
